Nail art is one of those things that comes and goes out of fashion, like the poncho and leggings to name a few. Unlike the trusted French polish which is a classic like our little black dress, you can wear it any time and it makes you look and feel great.
At the moment Katy Perry seems to be single-handedly bringing back nail art into Vogue. Perry is always using the red carpet to show off her daring nail designs and posting pictures of her crazy new nail art on twitter.
